Dress rental is simple! You choose a flying dress from our collection, book it for your desired date, wear it for your photoshoot, and return it afterward.
Flying dresses are easily adjustable, and one dress fits several sizes. Our collection of flying dresses covers all sizes from S – XXL but NOT every dress is available in every size. It may happen that the dress you like is unavailable for your size, so please check with us before reserving a specific dress.
Sorry, but we don’t allow alterations on rental dresses. We need them returned in their original condition.
Please return the dress by the agreed-upon return date to avoid any late fees.
To book your dress rental, simply browse our collection and select your desired dress and rental dates. Once you’ve made your selection, contact us to confirm availability and schedule a pickup appointment. At the time of pickup, we require a $300 deposit (cash only), which serves as a guarantee that the dress will be returned in its original condition and cover any potential damages. Additionally, we’ll provide you with a rental contract outlining the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. Once the dress is returned undamaged and in accordance with the contract, your deposit will be refunded in full.
If the dress is damaged or lost during your rental period, we’ll assess the situation and discuss potential solutions. Depending on the extent of the damage or the circumstances surrounding the loss, additional charges may be incurred to cover repair costs or to replace the dress. Please note that a $300 deposit is collected at the time of booking to cover any potential damages or losses. We understand that accidents can happen, so we’ll work with you to find a fair and reasonable resolution for both parties. Your satisfaction and our commitment to providing high-quality service are always our top priorities.

Yes, we can schedule to meet so you can try on a dress. That’s an extra service that costs $100+TAX for a 30 min session and is available only in Alpharetta, GA.
Unfortunately, we do not offer mailing services for dress rentals. Our dress rental services are currently limited to in-person pickup and return at a chosen physical location. We understand that this may be inconvenient for those residing in different states, but we prioritize ensuring the quality and condition of our dresses through in-person interactions. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to us.

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your dress rental booking up to seven (7) days before your scheduled pickup date. If you cancel within this timeframe, your payment will be refunded in full. However, your payment may be forfeited if you cancel after this deadline or fail to pick up the dress on the scheduled date without prior notice. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs while adhering to our policy.
