This website is operated by ARSVIE LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “I”, “me”, “my”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ARSVIE LLC.
As all my products are digital and downloadable, I’m unable to process returns or exchanges after the purchase is completed. Refunds will not be issued once the transaction is finalized. I strongly advise reviewing the digital images, video demos, and product features thoroughly before making a purchase decision. Should you have specific inquiries, please contact me at hello@arsviephotostudio.com before completing your purchase.
COPYRIGHT POLICY
When purchasing a ARSVIE Photo Studio’s (ARSVIE LLC) Styled Stock product(s), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable Standard license that allows for personal and professional use of the images created by ARSVIE Photo Studio.
“Styled Stock products” refers to content such as: digital images, videos, templates, icons, backgrounds, quote graphics, and marketing guides.
The following terms apply for all purchases as well as the free photos provided for our mailing list subscribers (identified as ‘users’):
Users/members may:
- Use images for personal or business use for both online and in print.
- Edit the image in anyway that you wish – change colours, add filters, crop, overlay the image with text etc.
- Use the images for your website, social media posts and you don’t need to credit when you do.
- Use the image to create digital products for your business, such as opt-in downloads for your audience like e-books, PDFs, worksheets etc. However, images must be flattened as part of the design (so they can not be extracted) and must not be the main component of the product/download. To clarify, whether free or offered as an End Product for sale, it is not OK to use the images themselves (even if they’ve been edited) as the download.
- Use the images an unlimited amount of times for personal projects but are limited to use images once for commercial projects.
Users/members may not:
- Claim the image as your own. ARSVIE Photo Studio (ARSVIE LLC) owns the original rights to the image and as a customer you are agreeing to simply use the images in the ways outlined in these terms.
- Re-distribute, sell or lend the image to third parties in any way.
- Transfer membership or login credentials to a third party, even if it’s a client, customer, or business partner. If you wish to do this, please get in touch with me directly at hello@arsviephotostudio.com so I can handle the request in a proper manner.
- Use the images to promote or sell other stock photography products, services or resources.
- Use the images to promote illegal activity, pornography or to spread negative messages. Just no. Let’s keep things above board and positive.
Users acknowledge that ARSVIE Photo Studio (ARSVIE LLC) does not make any representations or assurances of non-infringement and does not make claim to have received releases from any brands, designers, or manufacturers for use of products, registered trademarks, logos or intellectual property portrayed in the images. Users agree that ARSVIE Photo Studio (ARSVIE LLC) shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of any of the images provided. ARSVIE Photo Studio (ARSVIE LLC) shall not be liable for any claims related to, or resulting from, your use of the images, which may or may not have been modified by you, or combined with other content.
Violating the copyright policies stated above will result in the denial of any future support for the product’s entire lifespan, irrespective of additional purchases or licenses made from the shop.
