ArsVie the origin

When I set on my journey to conceptualize a photo studio’s brand name, I wanted to find a word that reflects my deep connection with art and aesthetics. ArsVie [arsˈvī] has it all. “Ars” in Latin means Art and “Vie” in French – Life, and combined with a “photo studio” it stands for a creative space, gentle approach, and profound effect that photography has on our life and business.

Atlanta Product Photography

Product photography is the primary gateway to communication with your audience, whether clients, followers, or industry professionals.

It’s their first encounter with your brand, where they form initial impressions based on visuals alone, even before engaging with your messaging or services.

Much like human interaction, the first impression is swift, within eight seconds.

Given that the brain processes visuals significantly faster than text and that the majority of information consumed is visual, it’s clear that product photography plays a pivotal role. It underscores the adage: “You don’t have a second chance to make the first impression”.

Yes, absolutely! If shipping your products to my studio is more convenient for you, I gladly accept mailed-in products for photography. Please ensure they are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Once received, I’ll handle them with care and proceed with the photography process. If you choose to mail your products, we’ll discuss the logistics and provide you with the necessary mailing address. If you have any specific packaging or handling instructions, feel free to include them with your shipment.

I graduated from Saint-Petersburg University of Culture and Art with a Master’s Degree in Art in 2005. Since then, photography has become my vocation, filling my creative life with boundless possibilities for growth and fulfillment.

I work with high-end Nikon photo cameras and lenses. I must admit I am one of the biggest fans of this photo company!

Each product photography project is unique, with varying factors such as the type of products, the number of items to be photographed, the complexity of the shots required, and any additional services such as styling or retouching. As such, my rates are tailored to suit your specific needs and budget. I offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Contact me for a personalized quote based on your requirements and the specifics of your project.

Yes, I can provide styling and props to enhance the visual appeal of your product images. Whether you need assistance with product arrangement or selecting props that complement your brand, I’ve got you covered.

Turnaround time may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. However, I strive to deliver high-quality images promptly. We’ll discuss timelines and expectations during the initial consultation to ensure your needs are met. Additionally, priority editing services are available for a fee, allowing you to expedite the delivery of your final images if necessary. Please inquire for more details during the consultation.

I recommend booking your photoshoot as early as possible, especially if you have a specific date or deadline. Since my schedule can fill up quickly, securing your desired date in advance ensures that we can accommodate your project and provide you with the attention to detail it deserves. If you have a particular timeframe in mind, don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll work together to find a suitable date for your photoshoot.

The first step is to send me a request via email. Once received, we’ll schedule an initial consultation to discuss your project details, if needed. After finalizing the specifics, you’ll sign a contract and pay a 50% nonrefundable retainer to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due TWO-THREE days before the photoshoot.

After we finalize all the project details, including date, time, location, styling props, the next step will be to sign a contract and pay a 50% nonrefundable retainer. Always read the contract and ASK ME any questions! The final balance is due TWO-THREE days before the photoshoot.

Return clients will always receive 10% off any photo package.

I take on a limited number of collaborations yearly. When choosing, I prioritize the brand’s visual aesthetics (it should also match my audience) and authentic engagement.

I love sharing photos and stories of my clients on my website so that others can get inspired by their example. I believe inspiration and beautiful images should be shared to spread positive vibes that can lift other women’s spirits. Do you agree that our world needs more elegance, beauty, and encouragement? Then, let’s make that happen. I also retain the copyright to the photos and the right to use them for promotional materials, competitions, professional reviews, and so on. However, if, for some personal reason, you would like to avoid your photos being published on any of my platforms, notify me about it in advance. Although I would feel sad about it, I respect your privacy and won’t publish any of them.

No, a photographer (artist) retains the copyright for all photos. In my case, it’s me, Elena Sullivan, owner, and lead photographer at ArsVie photo studio. Copyright means that I’m the creator of the photos, and I own the copyright. Selling and obtaining the copyright is impossible, but you can print and share your photos as much as you like.

Yes, absolutely! Once you’ve paid for the photography services in full, you’ll receive full usage rights to the images for commercial purposes. This means you can use them on your website, social media, marketing materials, and any other promotional materials as needed.

After the photoshoot, I will provide you with previews of the images captured. These proofs will typically be watermarked and available for you to review online through a secure gallery. From there, you can select the photos you’d like to use for your project. Once you’ve made your selections, simply let me know which images you’d want to proceed with, and I’ll provide you with the final, high-resolution versions.
If you need assistance or guidance during the selection process, feel free to reach out. I’m here to help you choose the perfect photos.

Your finalized photos will be delivered through a secure online gallery. You’ll receive an email with a link to access your private gallery, where you can view, download, and share your images conveniently from any device with internet access.

There is a $100 replacement charge for additional downloads after the gallery has been deleted. I keep a copy of your photos for 1 year, after which they are permanently deleted. I strongly suggest you make at least one copy of the download when you receive it from me.

The RAW images from your gallery are available for purchase at the total price of your photoshoot.

Yes, I provide professional retouching and editing services to enhance the appearance of your product images. From color correction to background removal, I’ll ensure your images look polished and professional. To get a sense of my retouching style, I encourage you to browse through my gallery and see examples of previous work.

No, the final high-resolution images don’t have any watermarks.

Yes, we can during a business week, MON-FRI, 9 AM-6 PM EST.
